Who we are

AI SEO Methods is a free weekly email newsletter about getting local businesses found on Google and AI search tools. You can reach us at [email protected] or 212 King St W, 6th Floor, Toronto, ON M5H 1K5.

What we collect

Your email address, when you sign up.
Basic signup details such as the page and campaign you came from (for example UTM tags from an ad).
Email engagement, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked.
Standard technical data from our site and ad platforms, such as browser type and approximate location.

How we use it

To send you the free method you asked for and the weekly newsletter.
To understand which topics and campaigns are useful, so we can improve them.
The newsletter may include sponsored messages and recommendations for other newsletters or products. We may earn a commission from some links.

We do not sell your email address.

Service providers

Our newsletter is sent with beehiiv, which stores subscriber data on our behalf. Welcome emails are sent with Mailgun. Our site is hosted by Cloudflare.

Advertising and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. When you visit this site, the Meta Pixel uses cookies to record page visits. When you sign up, we send Meta a signup event that includes a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address, your IP address and browser details, so Meta can match the signup to the ad you saw. Meta handles this data under its own Data Policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, and you can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to access, correct or delete your information, and we'll take care of it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
